Laughter Yoga Services for All Communities

From educational programs to corporate wellness, discover how laughter yoga can benefit your organisation.

How We Can Help

Laughter Yoga is a unique approach to wellness that harnesses the power of laughter for physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Developed by Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995, this practice combines laughter exercises with yogic breathing techniques, creating a simple yet effective method for improving overall well-being.

Often overlooked due its deceptive simplicity, Laughter Yoga is backed by scientific research. Studies have shown that intentional laughter can reduce stress hormones, boost immune function, and increase the production of mood-enhancing neurochemicals. The beauty of Laughter Yoga lies in its accessibility – it doesn’t require a sense of humor, jokes, or comedy to have immediate effect.

Laugh WA Inc. provides expert keynote speakers and certified Laughter Yoga Leaders for various events and programs. Our professionals tailor experiences for healthcare, education, corporate, and community settings, offering practical ways to complement and enhance existing initiatives. Beck Tuesley

Beck Tuesley, or Happy Beck, loves to spread her smiles, and provides a welcoming and
engaging presence as a Laughter Yoga Leader and Trainer.

Holding a Bachelor of Business Management, with over 20 years’ experience working in the fields of business and tourism, Beck wrestled for many years with depression to the point of walking away from a career she loved. To rediscover and connect with her true self, Beck embarked on a road trip from Perth to Melbourne across the Nullarbor and found herself in a Carlton bookstore buying a
book on laughter.

Fast forward to today and Beck now loves sharing her story and leading people through Laughter Yoga. She considers laughter as an infused remedy. Her approach is of course ‘happy’ and that in itself is infectious. Participants feel at ease, calm, comfortable, and uninhibited with Beck conscious about providing a safe space for all.

Beck also holds a Diploma in Mental Health and has an eagerness to see people heal, grow, find what makes them buzz, and help to bring people into the present moment with positive thoughts for the future.

Beck has experience as an MC for corporate functions and weddings, conference speaking, and has performed musically at a variety of festivals across WA. Beck is also a guru in 1980s pop music trivia!
